We provide estimates for domestic or commercial projects ranging from under £1,000 to over £1 million. Each project is approached with the same accurate outcome, taking on board client issues and queries and will happily suggest alternatives or ways around specific problems.

Hollier Surveying provides a direct service to contractors and smaller building firms so they can pass on a clear and understandable breakdown to show their potential clients. After all, a clear estimate, backed up with a professional supporting document can turn a potential client into a well informed paying client.

Home owners

We also provide an estimating services to home owners looking to build their next home, extension or refurbishment. We provide an easily understandable breakdown of the costs, what you should expect and the background to these costs. This allows a non-construction client to negotiate with prospective builders over any anomalies or errors in pricing.

Architects

We understand the pressures on Architects to provide an innovative and aesthetical buildings to tight budgets. Using our knowledge and experience we know where you can cut costs, without losing the architectural integrity of your design.

Contractors

We have a vast amount of experience in preparing estimates for Contractors and small building companies. We can provide an estimate including or excluding profit for quotations to domestic owners or priced take-offs for tender purposes.

We can measure builders quantities and take-off for bills of quantities or schedule of works.

For the smaller Contractor, we pride ourselves on a 1 to 1 service. We are always available to talk about needs / amendments.
